HUMMUS

Ingredients:
- 1 can/jar of chickpeas or leave dry chickpeas in water for 12h, then boil them until tender with a bit of salt.
 - extra virgin olive oil
 - the juice of half medium size lemon
 - 1/2 or 1 clove of garlic
 - tahini (sesam seed cream)
 - water
 - salt, pepper, cumin powder
 
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and blend them with a stick blender. Add water until creamy.
