"Pizzi" Bread

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 ml water
 - 2 Tbs soy milk
 - 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
 - 200 g whole peeled tomatoes
 - 1/2 cup pit-less olives
 - 1 sliced red onion
 - 1 Tbs cappers
 - 2 tsp salt
 - some grounded black pepper
 - 2 Tbs sugar
 - 650 g high grade flour
 - 2 tsp yeast
 
PREPARATION:
Place the dry ingredient in a bowl and mix them. Then, starting from the centre add the liquid ingredients and mix them together carefully. I normally use a fork for that and then I finish with my hands until obtaining an elastic ball.
Leave it to rise up to 1.5 hour.
Place it in preheated hove at 200ºC for about 1 hour
