TORTA AL LIMONE

INGREDIENTS:

• the substitute of 3 eggs (i have used love cake)
• the juice of 1 lemon
• 150g of margarine 
• 150g sugar
• 200g self raising flour
• lemon zest

PREPARATION:

For this recipe, I have used my bread maker. 

Place all ingredients in the order listed inside the machine and selected the program related with baking (mine takes 1h30m).

Otherwise, just mix all the ingredients and bake it in the oven a 180C for 50 minutes.

Really easy and gnummy!
