CRUMBLE



CRUMBLE 

Good with any juicy fruit!

APPLE and FEIJOA CRUMBLE 

Recipe from  foodinaminute modified just a bit

INGREDIENTS:

(for 5 crumble lovers, who loves generous portions)


  • 4 medium apples and 8 feijoa
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup oats (the one used for porridge)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • vegetable oil

FRUIT PREPARATION: 


Peel and cut the fruit into pieces. Cook the fejioa meet in boiling water for 4 minutes if you prefer a milder flavour from it.

Place baking paper at the bottom of a backing pan and then place the fruit.

sprinkle with brown (or white) sugar

CRUMBLE:


Mix in a bowl all the ingredients and add oil until the mixture become compact and the crumble is done! :) 

cover the fruit with the crumble and bake it for 35-40 minutes at 180ºC or until golden.
