ABOUT ME

My name is Elisa

I'm originally from Italy, from a beautiful region called Abruzzo. Although, I lived about a decade as a vegan in Spain (in Oviedo, in Granada, in Barcelona and in Tenerife). I have also experienced the life as a vegan in Northern Ireland (Belfast), Germany (Dresden), Switzerland (Zurich) and New Zealand (Auckland). 


I have learnt a lot from these experiences, the people, and the different cultures I've encountered. Thanks to this experiences, I have been enriching my cooking knowledge and also gaining much more.
