MAYONNAISE


MAYONNAISE

Ingredients:

  • the juice of half medium size lemon
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 glass of soya milk (neutral flavour)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredient with a stick blender together and pour the oil really slightly and gently while you are mixing. Add the oil until you see it becoming dense, the cold of a couple of hour in the fridge will create the final right density. The quantity of the spices are just a suggestion, you can change them as you like.

N.B. If you want more quantity of mayonnaise just add more milk and therefore more oil.

N.B. I like to add some roasted garlic, so you can have Aioli sauce!

It is really easy and it delicious!!!
