Shortcake

INGREDIENTS:

  • pasta frolla (shortbread dough or pasta frolla)
  • jam or vegan custard

N.B. Look for the shortbread recipe in the dough section.

PREPARATION:

Place the dough in a baking pan. Helping you with the fingers press all around taking particular care of the borders. It should b thickness of about 1 cm . Place about 2 cm of jam in the middle. 

Crumble some of the dough on top.
It  is delicious :)
