Peach Jam


Peach Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • Peaches
  • Sugar

PREPARATION:

Wash the peaches cut them into slices. Weight them and add the same amount of sugar. 

Cook in a big pot stirring them carefully until a teaspoon of the jam is sticky enough after a few seconds.

N.B. I did this one in a bread maker. Really nice :)
